Orders will be processed and shipped next business day.

Q: What is your online pricing policy?

Credit Card funds are pre-authorized during the checkout process. Funds are only captured once all details of the order have been reviewed and the products have shipped. In the event of pricing errors on the website, Action Car and Truck Accessories will notify you of any price discrepancies before processing orders. We reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such pricing errors.

We must allow 2 to 7 business days for shipping within Canada.

Yes, we use secure services to ensure that all of your personal information is protected.

Q: Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Returns and Exchanges

For all returns and exchanges, you will require the following:

  1. The original receipt from your purchase – for online orders, you can contact customer service for a copy.
  2. The original method of payment (If a gift card was used and was discarded, please proceed to a retail store where the refund will be processed on a new gift card).
  3. Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer (incl. all manuals and accessories).
  4. Contact information provided when the order was placed (name, address & postal code, phone, email).

IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.

Online Orders:

When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product at any Action Car & Truck Accessories retail store in Canada. For your convenience, we also accept returns by mail for orders that were shipped directly to you. Please contact us at 1-855-560-2233 to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or we have determined that the product is defective.
