SK,CanadaThis is the second time placed an order for this item. Both times, improper packaging and damage from shipping. First order was in October 2023. Second order May 2024. I decided to get them refinished. Sandblasted and powder coated again. At a cost of $320. Speaking to customer service they can only do exchanges or return item. I hope upper management reads this. This is the only 2 times I have used action trucks. And i've been disappointed twice. Unfortunately, only one picture was able to load due to upload restrictions of the survey. Another picture showed the edges ground down to the metal from shipping. I Contacted Rough Country Asking how their items are shipped and said they were protected in a rough country box. Both times my items were shipped in a plain brown box. Action trucks repackages the items why I do not know and this causes damage in the shipping process. That's my only explanation.
