Good cover easy to install. Hard to latch and unlatch. Owned Access cover brand for many years, they are much better quality, heavier material and great latching system

I’m sure it’s a great product but I haven’t received it. It’s been 16 days after ordering it. I have contacted the help line on the website as well as the Dartmouth shop, but both parties have no idea where it is. I’d love to get this product, but no one has followed up with any information after 3 days. The one star rating is for the lack of follow up response after 5 attempts to get information over the past 7 days.
